Median prices for existing homes in the Southeast Valley continued to bounce around in February, showing little indication of what will happen the rest of the year. Ahwatukee Foothills had the highest median, at $373,000 in February, since the $399,950 it registered last July. February can be a good month for condo purchases because that’s when winter visitors are in town. But sales of condos and townhouses decreased everywhere exceptAhwatukee Foothills in February, compared with the previous year.
