Developer gives mixed-use project an artistic flair

Two imposing sculptures are grabbing the attention of drivers along Scottsdale Road. The bronze monuments overlaid with a turquoise patina recently were installed at the entrance of the new Artesia mixed-use project at 7293 N. Scottsdale Road.
