The Falls at Desert Ridge, a 3,700-home development near 40th Street and Deer Valley Drive, won approval this week from the Desert View Village Planning Committee. Construction of the development, among the largest in Desert Ridge, will get under way soon, zoning attorney Nick Wood told the committee.  More…
