The new warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing plants dotting the Valley’s freeways look more like upscale office complexes than industrial buildings. They have textured exterior facades, large inset glass windows, corner “pop-outs” and other features that are a stark contrast to the unattractive and unimaginative buildings constructed in decades past.
