PHOENIX - After a summer of inactivity, the State Land Department has chosen three northeast Phoenix parcels to auction in the coming months. One of them is the highly anticipated first auction of land in the Paradise Ridge area. Paradise Ridge is a 2,200-acre plot north of Loop 101 between 64th Street and Scottsdale Road, just east of Desert Ridge.  More…
