The case of Gray Development Co. vs. Desert Ridge is perhaps the most complex case to come up in the master-planned development since construction in the area first started. Gray is the owner of a 41-acre parcel at the northeastern corner of Tatum and Deer Valley Drive, just north of Desert Ridge Marketplace. Desert Ridge, as an entity, consists of Northeast Phoenix Partners, the master developer, and the Desert Ridge Community Association. Daniel Klutznick, a vice president of the Thomas J.
