Commercial rents in downtown Chandler are rising, and the vacancy rate is the lowest it has been in at least two decades. Rents have increased 10 percent in the past year and 35 percent in the past five years, commercial broker Bill Ryan said. Vacancy rates have plummeted as well. More…
