Freebies and giveaways may be old hat to the credit card industry or retailers trying to drive foot traffic at a new store. But now a local developer is using those tactics for an office building about to enter the market. Called Max at Kierland, the six-story building is under construction on Scottsdale Road near the Kierland Commons shopping center.
