PV panel signs off on planned unit development

Northeast Phoenix’s first planned unit development is on its way to full approval now that the Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee has signed off on it. The development, a single lot at 37th Street and Greenway Road, involves tearing down a house there and replacing it with a two-story office-and-residential building.
